Seems to be exactly the same from my experience yesterday. Sometimes shit hits the ground instantly, sometimes it takes 2mins, sometimes it doesn't hit the ground ever.

I voted 100 hours to throw off the curve and I see others did the same. I think without server hopping <5 hours for a gun some ammo fully healthy and the extras is good. Extras being: morphine, leather shoes (sunburst), saw'd off shotty, few good books to read and some sexy head gear / clothing.

I play hardcore for many of the same reasons you listed. Older/Mature crowd. More realistic/immersive. The problem is that my friends play on Regular though I am getting a few to join me on HC. I have no problem with regular by the way the game is almost just as fun. I just prefer HC.

I understand what you said. If someone is logging out to protect their gear, I hope they get glitched or wiped because last I checked rule #1 was "Don't get attached to your gear". The thing is though that most 90%+ of combat loggers are also server hoppers and sometimes even ghosters. So for you they almost all fall into the idefk category. Either way I don't lose sleep over it but it does annoy me that one of my friends is one. RL ofc.

Maybe heart attacks are what affects combat logging, server hopping, ghosters?

I was wondering the same thing because I have been shot at many times. How I didn't die the other night when sitting perfectly still for 5mins and a server hopper, combat logging, ghoster shows up and shoots me, I do not know. I guess him being a bad shot and me being healthy went a long way.
