Except that when it's addressed to your friend, in direct chat, with no one else around, it is neither malicious nor racism, and frankly none of the admin's business. If he had been harrassing another player or using hateful comments that would be another story, but as it stands it was clearly friendly banter between two buddies, without any hateful intent or racism involved. The admin had no right to eavsdrop on their private conversations, and certainly no right to ban without warning. The argument and kicks that followed are clear signs of abuse of power.

Deph is a known scripter caught in the act expecting a ban repeal by blaming his scripts on the admin of the server. I've been completely civil up until my last post, by which point it was clear by his passive aggressive insults and total disregard for the thread topic that Deph isn't taking this seriously at all and is just fishing for more replies. He's already been given multiple chances, and as I said before he's more than welcome if he plays by the rules, though so far that has yet to happen - he just continues scripting and greifing in a vicious cycle for being caught scripting and greifing. This is simply his latest ban in a cycle that I suspect will go as far as his wallet and stubbornness will take him.

More lies from hackers. Ironically speaking of which, yes CHEEKI BREEKI (a regular of the teamspeak server) decided to fuck around, downloaded some scripts, spawned a helicopter, was caught, and was banned. He has since purchased another copy and has been playing legitimately since. The teamspeak server we're on is open to the public, which should be obvious by how easily you "infiltrated" it, and no person on it is responsible for the actions of anyone besides themselves. It is not some super secret club of hackers, it is merely a means of communication for anyone looking for buddies to have fun with. You guys on the other hand are proven hackers with malicious intent.

You made the mistake of rejoining from your previous teamspeak server without changing your name from "Deph" to continue gloating after your initial script-killings. I don't browse 4chan, I am getting this info from a group mate who does, who originally told us to come onto Seattle 30 since the Dallas servers were down. Your IP is currently posting on 4chan, and you've attempted griefing seattle 30 before.

We have the server logs and screencaps to prove you're lying through your teeth trying to cover your scripting by blaming others. The logs of that mass server killing you just did should be posted in here shortly as well.

You drove a cargo truck up to two players in the white offroad pickup, ran (dance?) script to prevent them from moving, shot them out of the vehicle, you and your buddies hopped out and got in, then both vehicles mysteriously vanished, presumably teleported away. After the server was reset your truck was spotted driving down the coast, and you were shot out. Upon inspection of your body you were in possession of a scripted in M4 SD M203 Holo, BAF clothing, and various rare survival gear which I doubt was obtained legitimately. You were caught scripting and banned, though I compliment your creativity of blaming others (the server admin at that) to explain your hacked gear.

Yes Jason, I killed you with an M107 after you looted Trixion, but I don't blame you for attempting to disconnect to avoid death since you suspected hacking. Although he likes to screw around and is a bit immature sometimes (you may have noticed the global admin messages announcing bean rewards to the person that killed me) everything he had was acquired legitimately and to my knowledge he has never scripted nor hacked, though we have caught scripters spawning in items before. If you notice any players with suspicious weapons on our server please inform Trixion 245, BostonBrand, myself, or just post a ban request here.
