I find that many people avoid playing in servers when its night time due to it being to dark to see, for those that do play in them most cheat by going into video settings and adjusting brightness/gamma (im am also guilty of this) but most of the time you cant really see. Now add playing with friends in the dark and it gets harder to stay together. It would be nice to have "Pack lights" small glow sticks that attach to a person backpack. Now before you say it a bad idea hear me out, the way it works is it attaches to your back pack. The light given off could be similuar to a glow stick with a maximum range to see it of 8-12m so you have to be close to see it and it doesn't give your position away. Now imagine having multiple colours, red, blue, green, yellow, white and so on. Now people in your group can have a separate colour so you can see who is where. What you guys think?

Im sorry if this has be brought up many times before but i would love to see some kind of respawn system for people joining a server with friends. Too many times have i found myself disconnecting and respawning just so i can start near a friend at the coast. im sure there are many poeple people who would agree.

F.A.B Fight. Against. Bandits. I am starting this group to rid the world of these scum. To many times have i seen these criminals prey on on the weak, to many times have i seen innocent people fall victim to there deceitful ways. Mark my words, with every minute i play this game: I will look for you, I will find you, And I will Kill You I would love to have a F.A.B group/clan in every server that runs Dayz to insure someone is looking out for the little guy!!! Whos with me!!!

So i was playing a round of dayz last night, and i was fortunate enough to experience my most rewarding moment in this game. A moment which i would like to share with you all. So i spawn at Cherno at the coastline, i hear alot of gun fire around the back of the town near Prig so cautiously i head towards the gunfire to see what all the fuss is about. I make my way around the right hand side along the Tree line making sure i stick to the trees for cover. At this point the gun shots are getting louder, I see 4 players working together at a barn looting it. I think to my self "oh shit I better hang back and see what they are going to do next". So i make my way up around them so im up the hill facing down on them. I sit here for 30 mins just watching them, They decide to camp there and wait for new players to wonder into there trap. Now over the 30 minutes they managed to kill 5 survivors and loot them. At this point i was getting mad at what they were doing, At this point i had no weapons so i couldtn teach these guys a lesson. So i gathered up all my courage and went all the way around them back in to cherno, gathered up all the zombies i could find. I counted about 25. Lead them all the way back around to these guys (mind you this took me awhile) and ran them right at them. I was first to to get shot but watched as all 25 zombies ran a muck on these bandits. All 5 bandits where killed!! I was so happy haha And to top it all off i respawned in prig and looted there bodies:):)

I like this, Its ment to be a PvE not a PvP game.

I dont get killed like that anymore cause i play with other people and i stay clear of other players. i just hear alot of these gutless acts all the time.

Im getting sick of these assholes pretending to be friendly and killing you. I still refuse to shoot a player i come across unless they fire at me or pose a threat. I will never trick another player into thinking im a friendly just to get them to drop there guard and kill them. Its a dog thing to do, and if you do it your a coward scumbag. Dont get me wrong PvP is good but dont rely on dirty (cheap) tactics to get your way. And im sure im going to have alot of people flame me in here.

is it possible to add the mist mods to my client and have in in my dayz game online?

Im sorry if this has been brought up many times before but im wondering will the dev team be fixing the way zombies run and move while they are aggro? I find there animations and movement buggy and it distracts from the gameplay. if someone could clear this up i would appreciate it thanks

Hey my question is if i go play on a server with a lower version of this mod, will i lose the character i have from the newer version? Also does this apply to joining servers from different countries? wow, not one reply?

Im writing this as a now turned hardcore fan of this mod! I am totally hooked on what is being done in this mod. With every update comes more of a feeling of survival. At first i was bumed about not having a starting weapon but now i see the bigger picture. Its about survival and this mod has nailed it on the head. For you to truly understand this mod you have to have died many times! i now no longer run around! i sneak. i no longer run up to random players, i hang back and see what they are doing! The attachment to surviving and finding the next piece of loot is what i find amazing, with everypiece of loot i find, the more i get worried that i might loose it to a zombie or worse to another player. Im constantly surveying and assessing my environment hoping not to die. To rocket and to everyone else making this Mod work, Thankyou becuase i havnt played a game this engrossing in a long time. i disagree im new to the game and i dont know the map off by heart and i also dont have a map to give me an idea of where everything is.

I have a Suggestion regarding the empty bottles and when it rains. We should have the option to open our inventory while its raining and assign a empty bottle (can) to fill with rain water to drink:) And to make things even more realistic you could make it that the only way you can drink it is if you boil it on a camp fire to purify its contents:) Or if you with a group, the ability to fill up jerry cans that equals 5-10 normal bottles of water so that it adds a whole new level of team play. You could have a player in charge of water whilst the other carry more important stuff:) What you guys think?
