Nah, I just take a break for a couple of hours or a day and start over. Just take a break if you don't want to gear up immediately after you died.

I had a strange experience in Cherno with the current version. I was looting the military tents and the hospital cause I was in dire need of antibiotics and luckily I found some. I left Cherno heading north and logged of near some bushes on the open field. When I logged in later, my character was somewhere completely else on the map with a different statistic and different gear, so I just logged off and tried to join another server. This time I spawned in Cherno, had my infection again, some gear I looted from the previous tent / hospital was also missing, also my position had resetted and I found myself near to the factory where I logged in before I went to the tents. I joined another server, found myself again in the forest, then in Cherno, forest, Cherno till I got shot. I did not like that. Anyone else had a similar experience?

I didn't bother to check your system specs but if your cpu outclasses your gpu, you could let it prerender some frames. I have an Phenom II x4 965 and a gtx260 for instance and this method actually increased my fps in various games, in Skyrim up to 12 fps. tl;dr optimize your gpu settings

Yes it is, when you take a big amount of damage your character sustains a shock for 5 minutes. If you'll logg out during that period of time, you'll be unconscious for a relatively long time.

Ok Josh, let us leave this alt f4 thing for a moment aside. Of course you can spawn, you are just unconscious for a few minutes because your character is under shock. Wait till the hourglass runs through and you'll regain control over all body functions. But you'll probably just bleed to death during that time

I'm not sure about this but didn't you have to save it so it won't despawn when the server restarts?

Spawning in the debug area is sometimes caused by corrupt data. Maybe re installing the mod will solve your problem, also only connect to servers which are up to date. But it's very likely that you will have to respawn and loose all your gear but hey, never get attached to it.

Dude, sure you killed chris? I think you are talking about my friends and me, did you kill one of us right when we went outside the town to the fields, while some zombies were chasing us? I laid down and went for a few seconds to the desktop and got shot. The other two disconnected.

tl;dr Dying is only hard if you are too attached to your gear. I also tend to get really angry when I die due to bugs or bad luck, then I usually take a break for half an hour and smoke one, two cigs and grab a cup of coffee. But dude, this is just awesome, I haven't been so angry because of a game since my best buddy kicked my ass in Tekken xD
