    We can make a generalization of what people think of the game. Look at the units sold, and how many people are playing it. I don't mean on a tuesday at 10AM, but take snapshots of how many people are playing during a week, look at the peak player count, etc. Then you'll see how much of the silent majority is just playing the game and not commenting or if they're not playing.
