When you in game press M which brings a box up in the top left corner of the screen. Think its the last one you click on which brings up Admin control, in there put your password in and voila you should be able to use Global Chat ;) When i logged in it was kicking me though bahhh!

Once you get used to the area then it is a cinch to find friends. Maybe use roads to find friends, easiest thing to do also is to look at town signs to know where you are and most likely one of those towns has a church in it which is also shown on the map. In a nutshell keep playing, and find a compass ;P

I think i know what i'm doing here but would just like 100% confirmation from some of you guys on here! Would like to have the following on :3DP, CH And off : player tags above heads Now i've gone into the difficulty cfg file for arma 2 and turned off all the different classes, turned both enemy and friendly tags to 0 but when back on the server the tags above the heads are still on. Now i've gone into the dayz cfg file and at the bottom i've noticed that it is set to regular, now if i change that to Veteran i'll lose 3DP right?? Cheers for any help guys!!!

Sorry m8 but it sounds like your more interested in getting back to your team m8s to carry on raiding for juicy equipment! Your probably the type that doesn't see this as a zombie survival horror game and more a pvp and who has the best bling in game.

whos the server provider? as your server will need ID'ing and white labeling, then you will have a ID number I.E mine is EU61 I just reread it and edited my post :) Same as you i think Vilayer, EU76 I messaged John with this 'server incorrect version of server side app' he came back with that he's researching the problem (he did say restart the server which i did). Asked him for an update he said that the ACP is updating give it a bit. I also told him that i haven't done a thing with the server except log into the control panel with the username and password supplied. He mentioned an Instance ID? i have no idea what the hell that is lol because i haven't been given it yet !!!

Leave 3DP in coopy! This is the only FPS that makes me want to puke when in that mode!!

Guys i've used this guys fix to get the steam overlay working which has worked a treat. Now i've gone back to the topic and Dwarden has closed it and left a comment that i don't really know what he's on about?
