Grenades currently don't explode in your hand, so you could have just chilled and thrown it off the building ;)

The Little Bird (the first aerial vehicle that will come out) will spawn at NE Airfield iirc, at least the parts will. This video shows a short introduction to it (also references NE airfield as loot spawn point). I guess that will make NE Airfield interesting enough for you? :) I haven't played the mod so I wouldn't know what NE Airfield used to look like, but I've been told that it's a civilian airfield, and as such a military base in or around it wouldn't make much sense to me.

Speaking of weird car flips... This happened to me while I was trying to pick up a friend of mine. Zombies ran on top of my V3S, pushing it down into the ground and making me incapable of driving away. I had to put the zombies down and then that happened...

Seems to me like this is an interesting idea, but not for the main DayZ game. Eventually modding support will be added, feel free to create a map like this by then!
