    set up problems

    stevenson (DayZ) posted a topic in DayZ Mod Troubleshooting

    i purchased arma 2 and operation arrowhead on steam and followed the mod download instructions for the six down loader launcher but every time i try to enter a server i get kicked and it says "bad serial number given in setup" i wasn't prompted to enter a serial number at anytime and dont know how to get one from steam. the only serial number that i found was for the zoom downloader which i purchased and registered it. can some one tell me how to fix this and get my game to work? any help will be much appreciated.
