    Short freezes/FPS drops

    Here's the problem: On every server I join (tried like 15 different so far) my game freezes for like 1-2 seconds every 10 seconds. After those freezes, it runs smoothly until the next freeze/FPS drop occurs. I tried every setting, low, medium and high, but it still freezes. I don't think my specs are the problem, but here they are: AMD Athlon x2 64 4200+ GeForce 9600GT 512MB 2GB RAM Any help/suggestions?
