I don't believe there is anyway to track someone, even though it would be pretty helpful. Avoid high pop. servers, or play private hive, because those are the best defended from hacking, cities aren't any issue, hackers can teleport anywhere to anyone.

The "markaroni" is as useful as you make it. Personally I agree that is was majorly debuffed. However in Arma 2 3 bullets in the leg break legs. But it's a head shot pistol. I always go for the head whether player or zombie with the Makarov. Easier to get a confirmed kill.

Dude, I play on a server with 50 vehicles. And my friends are still like "hoard all the vehicles!" I have one white UAZ with UN on the front. That's all I need and I keep that safe. Collected, they have a Ural, a SUV, and 3 helicopters. (none of which is hacked, just server options)

Eh, play private hive servers. I met a bandit skin guy who didn't speak english. He was bleeding so I started bandaging him. He then didn't shoot me with his Lee Enfield. He returned the favor with a blood bag and I found him a Van to use while I made my way back to my UAZ. Good times.

I once joined a Private hive server and tracked a huge clan of guys in elecktro, stole their Ural, then proceeded to use a heli my mates and I found on top of cherno hospital to blow it to ruin. Then fly around shooting at all the poor bastards. I got bored and went on the ground, lost connection, rejoined and got shot by the server owner. They changed the password the next day ;)

I had fun with a GAZ on the race track. It was a good race against my friends. I died after testing out a ramp.

You know... at one point I cared about hackers, that they killed my 32 day survivor/part time medic/bandit hunter, that I lost the gear I had accumulated, and blew up the car I had found, repaired, and kept safe from numerous greedy bandits. At one point I also cared about the glitches, oh man the physics too. Now, meh. Not important what so ever, and at the end of the day, it's a mod that will not affect your stand alone guy. QQ won't fix anything. edit: not saying you're QQ'ing.

Eh, I disagree, I mean I went out of my way to save some guy, he was having some zombie problems inside the elecktro firehouse and was unarmed, I killed the bandit and the following zombies, then healed the guy up and gave him a lee enfield with 60 shots as well as some supplies, my friends over teamspeak told me that if I take my eyes off the guy I'll end up dead, I didn't heed their warning and turned out the guy actually did appreciate my kindness, if I ever see that guy again on the forums I'd wish him the best of luck, didn't catch his name. So that's just my story that helping someone doesn't always end bad. But giving someone a weapon has also ended in me with a few extra holes and a dead idiot on the floor and some friends coming to fix me up.

Then you're a bandit. A KOS kiddie is someone who kills everything on sight. I mean unarmed in elecktro or cherno. That's a KOS Kiddie, and I say Kiddie because most of the KOS on private hive servers is after school gets out.

Eh, at first it was just to survive. To meet fellow survivors and fix vehicles. Then the challenge died and KOS became the new thing, now I rock the hero skin. I hunt bandits occasionally and I give medical aid to those who are in need. I currently have over 20,000 humanity and rising. Making the KOS kiddies cry and help those who know how to play.

I cannot stand bronies... I find them annoying whenever they talk about the children's show but if they don't mention it ever then I can tolerate them (and actually even make a YouTube series with one). Carebears... not as bad, but they complain about the PvP far too much... I mean I absolutely hate the people who kill unarmed people, or go about sniping just for shits and giggles because it's too easy in this game once you have a rangefinder and know your sniper. But I love the PvP, but I love the close quarters PvP, the sort with a M1014 loaded with pellets against a bandit skin armed with any sort of weapon, I always go in shooting and leave laughing, not like I'm any sort of badass or anything for being good at this game, but I enjoy that far more then the whole "let's snipe unarmed people in elecktro who have little to no way of fighting back". Let the carebears enjoy their Canadian servers.

I've been playing this mod since the very beginning, and in that time I have found and used every gun in the game, from the pea shooting Makarov, to the silent Bizon, to the large and loud M240, to the pretty M4A1 Holo, to the giant As50 and everything inbetween. I have got to say the guns I love most are the shotguns. Between the M1014, the Remington, and the double barrel, I have had the most fun (and most bandit kills) that I have had in awhile. Not to mention the Winchester (even though it's not really a shotgun in reality. I have got to ask, who else loves shotguns? And what shotguns do you think would be a good addition of DayZ? Cheers guys.

Whenever I go solo: Bicycle! Got a friend? Motorcycle! Got extra ammo? Shoot the ATV!
