Thanks, I will give it a shot. My home server is hosted by HFB, so I figured this must not be related to the hive version update that all servers are supposed to be getting. It's really confusing how some folks can use them fine and others get desynched. Did you find your ghillie after the patch or were you carrying it beforehand?

So what servers do you play on? What version are you running? You haven't been desynched at all when wearing the ghillie suit? Don't worry about me dying, that won't happen. If it does, I hit my tent and grab another one lol

Yeah, I have seen plenty of servers that don't work with 94786 and 1.7.2.3, but there are people out there who claim to be able to use them on certain servers. I'm hoping to be able to use this sometime soon, as Rocket and team haven't really mentioned the issue.

Hey guys, none of my clan are on atm and I made the unfortunate mistake of going from prone to crouch inside a chopper. Anyways, our clan has a huge amount of m4, akm, shotties, FALs, tools, and other supplies I'd be glad to share in exchange for helping me out. What you did there, I see it! There is a reason I switched to a zombie skin recently, as another friend (in game name starts with a G) had to do the other day after yet another brutal issue.

So I was traipsing about the fields east of NWAF, when all the sudden I hear a chopper approaching. It then proceeded to explode about 20 yards from me, so I hit the deck and waited for maybe 15 seconds. All of a sudden, out of the flames runs a female skinned survivor armed with a hatchet RUNNING RIGHT AT ME, despite my being very well hidden. I pop two m14 rounds dead center of mass, and she just keeps running at me, unfazed. Call it combat logging if you wish, but I'd rather not lose an eight day old character with 2 m14s and an m107 to an invincible hacker. CRAZY!!!! Keep in mind that any functional choppers in game atm are hacked in, so avoid them at all costs if you see them.

On most servers, as soon as you put it on you become desynched from the hive. You will still be able to play, but you won't have a debug monitor or be able to loot items. Might have been fixed today, haven't checked yet.

.....which was fixed previously. The devs were unaware that this shituation with outfits was going to pop up with the patch. Get a clue before bitching about things your inferior brain cannot comprehend. If you honestly think that the devs would put a bug they had no idea was going to result from the patch in the changelog, you are far more retarded than most of the whiny bitches around here, and that's saying a LOT lol.

The group I started early on in the game has somewhat fallen apart so I wouldn't mind having a battle buddy, but I'm probably not going to be actively trying to expand until the game gets closer to completion. I am pretty much locked up at all times when playing, I was always the navigator and point man/ man with a plan for my group. I had a few guys that were too spazzy, like pull 50 zeds for yucks and I had to distance myself. I went into basic as a Pfc lol, nice screen name.

What marik fails to realize is that this board is here for the explicit purpose of discussing all things DayZ. He (OP) wasn't bragging or anything of that nature at all. However, this board is not dedicated to real life "accomplishments" of some self important douchebag. There are many people on here with accomplishments that put skydiving (lol) to shame.

I am able to equip my ghillie with no gear loss, however no progress is saved after that. Tested on multiple servers with several people. Reverts to where you were when you put the clothes on every time.
