Update to the newest beta patch. You shouldn't go back to old beta patches to play on new versions. Six Launcher can update for you.

Shitty servers have more desync than others. It can also be from the large amount of people connected to the Hive. I heard it was acting up today. So, if you only had bad desync today, don't worry about it.

They do notice you, but they will have to be very close (like 3 metres away).

First off, you are a new player. You have no risk if you die. Run into large cities and let the zeds follow you into buildings. Sneak out the back door of the buildings (after you have looted the building, if you are able to) and go to the next building. Don't go to deer stands right away. You main plan is to get survival gear first (food, water, tools, secondary weapon and ammo). Then you can head north to search barns in low populated cities or military spawns.

Alright, that still doesn't change my answer. I'm running a HD5770 @ 850MHz. I can play on normal with amazing fps as long as my fan speed is at 50%. Yours is much lower frequency and is only DDR4. As for the processor, I'm just saying that you should put some more money into it to get 4 core (i7) for better performance. The chip is technically fine but having to upgrade that will make your build better. :)

Space Bar - only used for typing in game.

Graphics card is shit. Processor is a 2 core. Overall, this is at a lower end for gaming setups. Check out www.newegg.com

Thank you for trying to troubleshoot the problem on your own before posting. :) Has this problem been on just one server you play on or have you tried it on multiple servers?

Are you running Six Launcher as Administrator?

So i shot a guy with a ghillie and an M4A3 CCO 3 times with a DMR on server US 366 his name was esconiko, besides the name he was definitely hacking. Ban this fucker Everyone is innocent until PROVEN guilty. :)

I'm laughing at the people posting how hard it is to find food and gear.

Rabbits and boar are found in forest. There are plenty for rabbits though. Cows and sheep in large fields. Look harder, they are there. If it's daytime in the server, small white circles will form on the side of your screen if there is an animal, or zombie out of your line of sight. I use this to my advantage :)

I think if your transfer all Arma files and log in with Steam, validate files for the game installed (Arma 2 in this case) and it should work. If it doesn't, enjoy the download!

Those "X" are global for anyone in the server. If you have a map, you can view what others marked down for possible loot. Be careful though, it could be a trap ;)
