Yeah, the PSU. I run a nVidia GTX 680, it says that I should have atleast 550Watts in the system. The newer cards are less hungry for power, than ever.... So 750-850Watts is plenty for 1 GPU system.

Just go for a PCI-E basically, the processor you have... came out in 06... around that time. It's safe to say, your motherboard has a PCI-E slot... If not, buy a new computer... The PDW can fire numerous 9mm magazines. And the SD mags will only silence the gun for Zeds not players. It's a good keep if you always end up finding 9mm ammo : ) I have never seen PDW:SD This can be a hacked weapon.

Yea, when one aggroes a Zed. Your computer takes the responsibility of controlling the NPC and relay that info back to server.

I've though about this... But more of a military convoy of some sort. A convoy that will travel from A to B, set up base for a couple of hours. (To round up civilian survivors) Then leave. It's easier to kill it off with planning when it's on the move 40-50 speed. Following the road, but when it is deployed. It has Sandbag bunkers(LMG/HMG nests) that protects it. Would add a heavier no pain no gain to DayZ though.

Hey admins, not to confuz you guys. I love that you take your time and money to host a DayZ server for us players. Much appreciated :heart: But there is a majority of you, who restart servers when everything is absolutely fine. Which can be a problem for those who ride vehicles etc. But I understand sometimes it is needed, unless it just does it by itself. It would be nice to have atleast 30seconds to 1 minute to prepare for a restart. 5-15 would also be nice. But if you have restart schedule, please have a rolling motd if possible. of restarts hours and timezone. :blush: When one travels with vehicles etc one might lose them to a restart, and one might have to trace ones steps. And also, one can spawn where you were at the restart without the vehicle. This can be troubling for players who have been riding choppers, boats. But mostly land vehicles. So the tl;dr= Please give players a heads up and some time to prepare for restarts. Thanks for reading. :angel:

That is completely understandable : ) But I've had it with random restarts when one has spent hours looking for vehicles etc : ) I've lost a UAZ, Heli, boat and a GAZ to restarts... :/

You're a bandit as soon as you have [1 Murder], I think. Or just a kill either bandit or murder. :) Hope that helped.

Does Arma server support dual cpus? In that case, I might be able to get a computer with that type of performance. Something like this: 2 Intel® Xeon® Six-Core Processor X5650 (2.66 GHz, 12 MB cache) 6-32GB (1333 MHz memory) 500GB 7.2k / SSD 256GB 2-5xx RW I just need to improve my network connection, though expensive and high bandwidth connections are slightly hard to come by here (Norway). Since some experts think that 50Mbits are enough for us people... But, I'll come back to that later. Just need some feedback on the specs, if it is deemed acceptable. I feel it can get the job done, but it doesn't hurt to ask. :angel:

After 4 hours of scavenging parts and having a friend guard it with a sniper from 1.2km away. I finished it. Oh... It didn't flip back... Sigh, fix this please : )
