The answer to the first post is simple: because rocket said that dcing to save ur life is forbidden... the game is supposed to be realistic if ur getting shot at u should die, and start again or fight for ur life

AD1 Dont fight the zombies head on just run away if u sprint in a staight line or even simply walk crouched the zombies wont hit u. Try loosing them insied a building with 2 exits, or on a hill, or if u aggro new one while loosing the old ones just run to the forest no zombies there, or and thats the easiest solotion although requires patience dont aggro them at all... also ur 100% sure to find morphine in hospitals that are easily accesible AD2 Good players with expirience will always have an advantage on new players without expirience and gear... as for the weapons try barns/deer stands etc. also u can just run into balota, if ur lucky ull get a gun if ur not lucky ull die, not much lose there since u dont have any gear anyway AD3 just use a map with loot, and to spare u from the difficult and hard proces of googling http://dayzmap.info/ AD4 Stop thinking that u can kill the zombies, u cant, instead of saying that u dont have a gun, try playing stealthy, and picking ur fight dont just go into any town u find. If u know where u can get geared into proper gear - military grade weapons like the m4, allice backpack, all the basics in around 2 hours... u can get fully geared in 2 days, aside maybe for NVGS and GPS Conclusion - this game is hard, the devs are making it even harder and ppl still buy it and find it amazing, so i guess the onle way is to adapt and learn or go play some other game like L4D

So far my backpack ate 2XMP5 SD, DMR, AS 50, MK 48, M14, not to mention various little things, i also died several times to bugs, cars blowing up from hitting immovable peaces of trash, heli crashes due to desync, also a bugged ladder that made no sound when another player climed it. Cant really count the times when i broke my leg by crawling over a rock or in a building

I can think of a con: this great solution goest 100% against the intentions and the main idea of this mod

why Its basicly like the 107 but with less recoil, less sound(it may travel the same distance but isn't as loud...ppl who shot it know what i mean), a bit diffrent sights, its also more accurate, although it is HUGE(bigger than the 107) and might stick out a lot and make finding u easier. Basicly its the best sniper rifle especially if ur sniping long range particalarly with a spoter with range finder, if u dont have a range finder or ur playing solo than the SVD is very good, because of its ingenious scope with a built in range finder and because of the gillie camo.

But all u guys crying realize that u can just jump over it right?

Diffrent sniper rifles handle diffrently M107 - heavy, sways a little unless u lay down, is great vs both players and vechicles, has a distict sound, can be zeroed up to 1200meters DMR - ammo a lot more common, fast shooting, 20 bullets in the mag, less dmg vs player, very little dmg vs vechicles, is the only sniper rifle that works with NVGs, no zeroing which is a pain unless u learn the corrections, mildots allow for precision up to 800 meters Basicly i would take M107 over DMR during daytime, and would go with the dmr if i needed to use NVGs

With all the new changes that came to be in the last 2 patches im beginning to think that Rocket really hates all those survivor out there. Lets just have a quick look at some of them: 1. the night got much darker - my bandidt group has a couple NVG's which simply give us free reign over those poor souls that havent yet managed to find any... some of them try using flares which is roughly an eqivalent of painting a big bullseye on their forhead 2. zombies agro like hell and hit like a truck - which means survivors without sd weapons have to either shoot them or run around to loose them, both of those things mean they are easily located and easy to dispose of while they deal with the horde 3. ppl spawning without guns - thats almost not fair, especially for the newly spawned, u can simply walk up to them and put a m9 bulllet in their head clean and simple... some of them try to salute while we do that ehhh... 4. food and water extreamly scarce - all the more incentive to look for those nourishing coyotes that just finished clearing cherno or elektro:) 5. some of us spawn invisible - thats just plain unfair I dont know what the devs grand plan is but if u aske me bandit life is the only way to go now. Yes U simply walk up to them, put a bullet in their head, take bandage/painkillers. rinse repeat
