Doubt it would be that rare...If I had just one bullet left...I'd still plop it in a players head lol. My view is there a lot of people wanting realism etc...If it was a zombie apocolypse, I wouldn't be running around the streets with a Bat of some sort...I'd be stealthy, and get kills from a distance. Think melee should be taken out in my opinion.

You say it was working fine before you messed with the graphic settings...So it shouldn't be a Win8 issue, then again it could be. Silly question, have you clicked 'Default Settings' ? Only other option would be to reinstall if it did truely work fine before hand.

Just curious to if anyone has a prefered song they listen to when playing DayZ? - Linkin Park (Reanimation) KrwlingThing song fits the mood for me when running across vast landscapes of fields :)

Why is it that when a vehicle goes missing (A player finds a car, gets in it, drives off) It's instantly defined as hacking. OP - Bitch Else where, You lost your shit, tough luck. CBA to read all the other post's (so sorry if someone else has said this) But if you Explored a building, found no weapons, Died and went back to the building obviously there wasn't going to be any weapons. Should of joined a different server. As for the your title of the game...sounds like you were playing it....Now GTFO!

Once again, OP isn't asking for realism, asking for it to be easy as he is obvioulsy not very good. It takes 5 minutes to get a weapon of some sort. I've never used a melee weapon, and don't really plan to either. Just learn the game, learn how to sneak and survive.

+1 I'd be disappointed if I had baught something, then the next day it was 10/20/50% etc cheaper.

As title says...Miss playing on this server :( Mainly because of the camp site we recenlty setup. Was just hoping someone may have some in site on this server.
