    Me and my friend just got banned from your server by the admin for teleporting. All we did was drive around in our truck and was just looting a heli crash as we got the ban message.

    Please check your logs and see that we have done nothing wrong and un-ban us. We don't wanna lose all the hard work we put into the stuff we had and the server seems cool too.

    My in-game name is "Sindre" and my friends name is "Syrath"

    Friend of mine going by the name "Zetax" just got wrongfully admin banned for "hacking". All he was doing at the time was running around, he had clicked the server control button earlier but meant no harm. Why the ban? Is it reversible?

    EDIT: resolved in ingame chat, thank you.

    Stuff is crazy today, lots of teleporting etc. I continue to be suspicious of TheDoctor, he ran around north of electro between all the vehicles shooting a PKM(does not exist in dayz), and yesterday he kept showing up in electro with AKs etc with 10+ mags in his inventory, every time we killed him he returned ~1min later with new AKs and lots of mags.

    Do the people that have admin rights have some sort of skype/other direct msg program i can reach you on? I'd love to be able to instantly report hacking/teleporting of vehicles/players to you guys.

    It's not that you're not quick to react, but you're not always easy to reach, you're doing one hell of a job fighting these hackers though, i'm impressed!

    Some guys shooting people trying to get to the cars between cherno and electro, they shot us, i respawn, get a g17 and go ambush him from behind, shoot his guillie 50cal ass in the back of his head and he instantly altF4s, about 01:40 am. That guy needs a ban, lamest thing there is.

    Apparently someone thinks its funny to smash other peoples tents :( 4-5 tents full of gear and a few trees gone by a drunken trucker(i guess). I hope you at least emptied the tents for goods while you were at it.

    Still 2 tents still full of gear left alive, thank you for that gesture :P

    Trees cant fall over randomly and smash tents right?

    My stupid teammates cowardly escaped to the Bus and sat there waiting, meh. Figured it was one of you who drove that pickup. Well done ^^ Where'd you shoot me from initially? I was already wounded from getting shot by Eplekongen as he tried to "save me" and insta blackscreened, didn't even hear the shot.

    Did i hit your pickup at all?

    Both the car and boat we logged out next to is now gone :( Saw an ATV underwater close to where the boat was before reset, whats happening? :P Is it normal for vehicles to disappear after restarts?

    EDIT: We found the car back at previous spawn point, it seems to have reset to the spot we initially found it.

    Cruising around just now, bam, FPS drop, for both me and my friend (we were not close at the time)

    Sitting at 10 steady FPS now, my friend has 1-2. I'm guessing there is a memory leak, hacker ddos attack or something similar. We both logged out safely though, will be back after the 19 PM reset.

    Playing this morning, got killed by some dude north of the NW airfield. After spawning and restocking in Electro everything suddently turns bright as day, turns out, shit is on fire.

    The only people on that list i know are Sindre & Syrath, which is me and my RL friend.

    Reading the stories above made me realise, this "Strip" guy is part of the serverclan? So that was you guys we robbed clean a ~week ago? We were two people that randomly found a camp full of tents and cars, one of us approached it and got shot by Strip, I waited it out in the bushes and shot Strip as he went for the body, we got away with a dirt bike, an offroad vehicle and a truck with lots of loot, fun times!

    This was also the first time for me and my friend to have anything larger than a bike / ATV.

    It is harsh, because it's supposed to be harsh, zero tolerance for hacking is needed to eventually ever get rid of it. You don't combat hackers with hacks, even if it is simply teleporting yourself back. Suddently the wrong guy sees the hacker again, and decides that it'd be pretty innocent to kill him using hacks too.

    You don't see companies such as Blizzard or Bioware allow people to hack their way through the hacker problems they encounter, at some point, how will the anti hacking system see the difference between a hacker and a - as you call it, "innocent" hacker - they are all hackers and deserves perma-bans.

    The only advice i can give to people encountering hackers is to report them, avoid them and don't let them be a nuisance to you if you can avoid it, they'll get tired of it eventually. With nobody raging on them inside the game, as there is no chat, I don't see what gives them the satisfaction to keep going.

    I once "friended" a stranger, once i turned my back on him, he shot me and robbed me of all my shit. I also once saved a guy with a crowbar from zombies, he then started hitting me in the back, we both died.

    Now, I either avoid contact or shoot whoever i come upon, I'm not gonna be a "good guy" and keep getting punished for it, cuz I like my character alive and well-armed, not backstabbed and broke.

    Me and my friend was hunted by a hacker sapwning zombies in Cherno just a few minutes ago. I also suspect he was the one that all of a sudden blew me to pieces. Anyway, we've been enjoying our stay so far and have set up camp with some stolen vehicles we found, but these hackers are ruining the fun. Keep up teh good work.
