Thoughts on this? I can easily do this. HOWEVER. There may be a small performance impact from it. I totally like this, we could try, its better than when they just see you. Also if u shoot with a lee enfield 342583495 zombies will come, so it's still good, i specially like it because in apartments, like those situated in chernogorsk they can go to the last floor, and find you even if you are in another room, investigating is better, Thanks for the hard work! :D pd: if its not possible, forget my words xD

Ok so, since 1.7.1.2 many times this has appeared on my screen: http://img861.imageshack.us/img861/4872/shadowjco.png Its appreciable in the left side of the hospital, but can happen much bigger and disturb a lot. My settings are : textures > normal postprocesing > off video memory > normal vsync > off (tested with it on, and its the same) anisotropic filter > low anti-aliasing > Off terrain details > low objects > low shadows > off dynamic range > normal My graphic card is 9600 gt > runs the game perfect, no fps lag, no problems, it just started in the last updates :( Any ideas? Thank you! pd: i have been playing since May and this never happened before

Wow everytime i do f5 i see something new in the hotfix, great job and thanks for ur hard work!. I really wonder if that means less trash and more usefull things or the opposite, lol And yeah, i agree, starting with melee weapon would be nice, at least you can defend yourself, but not so much.

In one word, no. You would run arma 2 at 15 fps~ maybe. 15 fps is not playable. At least i wouldn't xD

*What you were doing: Playing *Current installed version: 1.7.1.1 and beta 93825 *Server(s) you were on: Servers with 1.7 and beta 93825 (yeah, outdated) *Timeline of events before/after error: I joined an outdated server accidentally, and i realized i was inmortal, i could pick items and they got saved when i logged in a server that had the last version. Also the "mismatch of version" was almost invisible so i realized i was in the outdated server after i couldn't get damage. Tested it with another outdated server and the same happened The point is that i don't want people to exploit that (me included), so solving it would be nice.

I love everything, the only thing i just hate is that when u hide from zombies inside a building that only haves 1 exit, the zombie will be in the exit forever, until you DC or die (if you have no weapons, that sux, just that). Other things are great
