Been playing DayZ for a while now, and have become somewhat knowledgeable about the game, but I've been running solo the entire time, and been wanting to try out a group, and this seems like a good place to start! It'll be fixed in 1.7.2, which should be released Monday.

Thanks for uploading it. But another question: What to do with the file. If I take the folder @DayZ inside the DayZ - 1.7.1.4 folder, I will get an error upon trying to join the DayZ - Canada 2 server. Missing DayZ_Code, weapons, equip and vehicles. As in, if I replace the @DayZ inside C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead With the one in the folder. Any idea?

Curious, where the heck does one get the 1.7.1.4? I've looked around and haven't been able to find it.

Canada 2 didn't work for me. Walked to the town, and a bit further east. Logged out and into a 1.7.1.5 server and bam, back to the Wilderness I go. Just curious: Have anyone had success after the first try, as in, first time didn't work, but second or third did? And, this method works with 1.7.1.5 98625, right?

I'm unsure if this is actually the correct subforum, but in any case, I'm in need of a bit of help. I joined a server this morning and I believe I was shot while my screen was still on 'Receiving'. It then stuck on the same screen and I disconnected from the server. When I joined a new server, I was in the great plains beyond! Meaning, I was in some very open terrain, with nothing around me. I didn't have any gear, except my backpack and everything I had in that. Has anyone ever encountered this before and know how to deal with it? Since running around in a place with nothing gets boring after a while.

I've finally managed to get Version 1.7.1 and patch 93825 without everything bugging out on me, happy days! Now I have a new problem that I have no clue of how to fix. When I try to join a server, it takes me to the lobby, and I receive mission data. When I get to the black loading screen, it says I do not have the newest BattlEye (which is 1.156), and it starts updating. While the text is on the screen that says it's updating BattlEye, it shows the icons in the lower right of the screen (food, drink, ex). That is the screen I get stuck on. A black screen with text saying it's updating BattlEye in the lower left part of the screen, and the food, drink, ex in the lower right part of the screen. I've tried to let it stay for a long time, since it could be it updating BattlEye that's causing this, but to no avail. Have anyone encountered this problem before, or know a way to fix this? Any help is greatly appreciated.
