    I want to chat (type) to my friend. Typing in regular chat would be annoying for other players to read. Is there a way to just chat to a single person? (besides opening steam overlay and chatting via steam)

    I just installed ARMA 2 CO, the latest beta patch, and DayZ 1.7.1. When trying to join any servers, I get the following error: "You Cannot Play/Edit This Mission; it is dependent on downloadable content that has been deleted.chernarus" What gives?

    i bought the arma 2 CO. i installed arma 2 arrowhead, havent installed the normal "ARMA 2" yet though. do i need the regular arma 2 as well? or just arrow head? to play dayz

    I am in the process of installing this game and am about to play it for the first time. I am wondering how does playing with friends work? Are we able to spawn beside each other when we join the same server? Or do we have to find each other? If it's the latter, wouldn't that be difficult because the map is extremely big? (not to mention we're new to the game so we don't know the map)

    Sooo can anyone confirm if this works or not? r u able to play DayZ without buying it? (i bought it myself for $30 but my cheap ass friends will certainly not)
