So my game is still playable but it is so incredibly hard to see anything especially when im in a field of grass. I have these terrible white dots just completely covering my grass and other plants. Also the textures look like everyone is covered in clay. I have retail Arma2OA, and Steam version Arma2. I have tried messing with resolutions and graphics settings but the white dots always persist. (sorry for the crappy screenshot, i had to window mode it, then printscreen and paste it to paint. If anyone could tell me how to take a proper screenshot too that would be much appreciated.)

Alright I'm having a whole mess of problems. Probably becuase of my ridiculous setup. So when i went to the steam site the first time i accidentally put the wrong birthday in and they blocked me so i had to get the game from somewhere else. long story short i ended up with a retail version of Arma2OA, and a steam version of Arma2. Not arma free the full version. Alright so since this beta patch or whatever (1.7.1.1) i get spawned into an endless field and i have spent all day researching this with no luck. also i cant figure out how to get my graphics to the high-res, im stuck with all these white holes in everything. I get these error messages saying something about player backgrounds, I dont know i didnt get to read the whole thing. When i play 1.7.1 or under i get this message saying i have the wrong version and some hud stuff is missing and zombies dont notice me. I'm pretty sure there is more but most of all i want to be able to spawn in not-an-endless-field and actually play the game ive spent 2 days and 40 dollars trying to set up. Just to clarify it was working before
