    This post looks old but I am still having this problem. Any word on it? It happens every hour or two. it last 20-30 seconds. I get a splash screen and says receiving top left. The gets me back into the game. The last time I had a zombie just owning me the whole time. My specs are 2x gtx 970m i7-6700k 4.00ghz 16gb ddr 4 windows 10 pro
