Thanks everyone for all the help we was as you said not in the same place we now have seen a few players and found each other without map =) gotta get used to the game now =) you all helped a lot

thanks alot you lot for help i will just walk around a bit and hopefully bump into someone even if i get killed at least i know im with others...quick question how do i get a map up? when i select map its just a black screen ?

we both went inside the lighthouse and climbed the ladder and we didn't see each other I assume there is only one lighthouse on the map ? ? ...I click on his name in the friends tab and joined him so I should of been in the same server right? I'm sure in a server with 50 people surely after 20mins of walking I would come across someone moving or making some kind of noise ? I disabled my firewall to make sure that wasn't causing any problems and nothing changed....

ok thanks any ideas on players not showing? even my friend who I was talking to on headset and we both went to same place on map and couldn't see each other in the same server? I seen his name in the player list ?

nope says there are 50 people and when I click players it shows there names but not actually them I cant get no one to respond to messages either ='(

well it seems for me this is a solo game as I just went into a server with 49 people and not one person showed up and no one replies when I wrote can anyone see my messages how annoying do I need to update my game even tho I bought it yesterday off steam or is there some sort of settings in need to change :(​

well when i click on the friends tab and click on join on his game im sure im in the same game we both went to the lighthouse he said he was standing in the lighthouse i went there and no one was there and in servers with 49 people i walk around for ages and not a single person shows up its really frustrating no one seems to have a fix

I don't understand what you mean I have just bought this game so I'm clueless but I know joining a server with a friend and going to the exact same place on the map should mean me seeing him and vice verser :S

Me and my friend joined the exact same server and went to the exact same location on the map and we couldn't see each other or anyone else is a server that apparently had 49 people in it.....you lot here are my last hope of help as I have searched google and got no help at all...its giving me a headache and I'm thinking of just deleting the game after 10mins of owning it and wasting 20quid =( Please help
