What if I went to my other como, made a new steam account, bought arma, would I be able too?

Either to silently kill someone/a zombie or as a last resort when you run out of ammo. Bind should be SHIFT + F

Today on the server, at ~9:10 EST, EVERYONE on the server massively died. I believe this was an attack of a hacker, or as some players claimed, something wrong with the code. I would, and as 50 other people, would like to be refunded. Thank you.
