    DayZ freezing and bad fps

    So I don't really know how to explain is so i'll give it my best shot. I'm playing DayZ normally and smoothly then it freezes and then graphics turn super bad and my player turns into like basic shapes? This is what it looks like http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=545872763 Then it lags so bad I barely can move so have to restart my game only to join back in and have it happen to me 5 minutes later! Please help!
