The experience is good right now. It's the most fun I had since the start of this project. Of course there's still much work to do but all in all it's the best state of the game so far. Met up with some friends visited a couple of mil. bases got involved in some pvp (that I lost miserably LUL) killed a lot of zombies and a lot of wolves. Died of hypothermia once. Been shot at lots of times got stuck in between some ladders got laughed at carrying some barrels around like an idiot LUL. The game is getting better.

New Player Looking for Experienced Player as "Coach"

The best way to understand DayZ is to play it yourself. :) Everybody has their own way to dealing with things that they have to deal with. -
It's probably the fog that's blurring your vision. We now have fog at coastal area that is pretty thick and it's great.

How DayZ should be PvP only? Makes no sense to me. PvP is just one aspect of a survival game. And if you find wolves or zeds too hard roght now then well we pray for your soul cause it's easy right now. Way too easy. We still don't have all the survival mechanics implemented and the ones we have still ain't one of the major things. Like hunting, diseases, baricading. I would also love to have hordes of zombies roaming towns from time to time like in 7 days to die. The game should be about survival and not going straight to mil. base to "loot up" and camp in a bush. Food, warmth, meds and defense should be the main focus and not some gun play. Despite all this .61 is still by far the best experience in DayZ I've had so far.

Hello. I'm a small streamer and I don't always stream DayZ but for the past couple of days I've streamed only DayZ since .61 is soooooooo good. Straps on weapons so they would not be glued to your back. We could carry our main weapon up the front and we could have like a small holster for a hatchet but a 2 handed firefighters axe would require you to have it in your hands to carry. Also would love a new animation of dropping the current item from your hands instead of tryint to put it on your back but theres no space so it just appears on the ground. If theres no space or an axe or sth cannot be put on a holster/backpack the character would drop it on the ground. :) That would be bananas.

That's the idea. Others coul take your loot. So the loot could be connected to be on your character like character id or something. Thus far making you to appreciate your loot a lot more so you could not loot your own body or wear the stuff that you had before your death. :)

Hello. So I've been playing a bit and noticed that when people in groups dies other group members will wait and try to protect the loot so that the one who died could run back and take his loot back. What if now just imagine what if you could not loot your own body? I think that would be amazing. Because when you die you don't respawn in a real life. Now I do understand that this is a game. And this game is oftenly refered as zombie survival simulator. So I think that this would make people appreciate their loot a lot more and maybe even would stop some unnecesary deaths because if you gonna fail to kill another player he might just as well kill you. I do understand that probably people in groups will still be guarding the loot and probably there would be a guy that would take the loot and give it away to a player that has died. But there could also be some sort of code that you couldn't wear ur stuff u had before death. :)
