The one thing why there should be more chance to find military equipment is that how much there is bandits and traitors who want to instant kill you. Also what will keep your motivation up after death, is that you will have a good chance to find common gear from the civilian buildings. Food, backpacks, clothes, medical supplies. Then I ask you guys, how often you have seen players who doesn't want to find weapons? For now, in my opinion peoples are too careless, when there will be zombie hordes, bigger possibility get a sickness and bigger possibility to have a hard firefight people look more around and hide. Of course you can still be a aggressive. Maybe they understand then that you need to find friends, help each other and think seriously what you need to do to reaching your goals. You goal isn't collect berries, especially when you get a sickness from them... -..- This is going to fun see how peoples are react to this, so keep posting your suggestions!

Nothing missed. Thanks for posting, I like discuss with you. You showed good points. But think about that, if that zombie apocalypse could happen now in real life. I promise you try to go and find weapons. If you lived near the military camps on the borders, you go there and there are tons of different weapons! What I see on DayZ today, everybody tries to kill each other. Everybody likes to go PvP servers. Those are always full. I want to see more teamwork and helping each other, maybe that can be happen when groups of survivors try to enter military area's, medical centers, markets etc. So, post is this crap or what.

Hello! I have played a lot of DayZ and I have seen good patches and not so good patches. Can someone tell me why weapons, rounds and mags are so hard to find? I think the best thing in next patch could be a high military loot with forgotten weapons like m4a1 and attachments for them. If i could do it, I make military camps harder to enter in and noisy zombie hordes. Maybe some AI soldiers to defend it. It will be a so good reward when you survive from them and find so much good gear and weapons!
