    ok so i know it is ok to turn on nameplates so people can see your name in game. however i want to know it we can turn on names for who killed who. example john was killed by mark currently the game only says who died but not who killed them. is it ok to turn on the thing that says who killed them and if so how would i do it on my server.

    you do know that the minimum alloted time for playing is 10 hours right? perhaps you were hacking your play time down you sneeky bugger.

    the latest patch to battleye that just went active is now banning everyone. Me and several friends were on a private server doing nothing but sitting there and we got global banned. judging from the forums this is happening to everyone across all servers.

    id bet its because rocket is hacking everyones computer with dayz. kirbal space program in dayz has failed.

    i was on a private server sitting in a bush and i got banned. I think the bush saw my huge balls

    it should be changed so that when you die you game automaticaaly uninstalls itself and you have to reinstall the game to play again

    the gps would work great with a party system. first there would need to be a sort of party system where buddies are grouped into a squad, like in the original arma 2, then they would automatically appear on map and hud ONLY if they have a gps.

    can you tell me who you killed? assuming you can remember i will see how legit it looked and if i can see it was legit or at least looked it ill unban you. or you could just move on with the knowledge you cant prove me your innocence and go to another server.

    agreed holeheartedly unfortunatly there is no way to track kills even in the logs, believe me ive tried along with others who know how to read that stuff. and again if proven i am wrong and the person is not doing what i was told he was doing i will unban him and even let him kill me if itl make him happy. i have all sortsa goodies on my char but have no problem dying.

    if you can prove to me you were not hacking after 8 of my members say you were i will unban you however we have reason to believe you were aimbotting and scripting. dying and stuff is no big deal its part of the game. in fact we encourage the fights it makes the game fun but we do not tolerate hacking.

    they cant ban you for killing them its against rockets rules edit: also if you can prove they restarted the server to get an advantage over you. like with the vehicle, rocket can shut down their server. but you have to have proof, like screenshots.

    we need a kill log in the server files. my server has been hit by hackers almost everyday and without turning on the nameplates, which sucks cause it helps bandits, there is virtually no way to find out who the hacker is thats teleporting and killing everyone. if the owners had a log to look at they could gfind and ban the hackers much faster. not being able to find these hackers will cause people to stop playing. people usually uinderstand being killed by bandits but not by hackers when they are teleporting them accross the map.

    well we have had some fights with other clans, as well as amongst ouselves. casualties on both sides are usually pretty high and we have lost some as well as won some. example. yesterday 3 guys were in cherno sniping from the factory. they had the advantage and managed to kill 4 of us multiple times, i died 3 times to them. after calling to the guild malitia we managed to kill 2 of them and the 3rd alt-f4 out of the battle. a 4th ghosted me from behind before they left the server. ghosted = serve hop to get behind someone.

    if a rule said no using duped items they must be deleated yes we would comply. I hate hackers and scripters. many have been banned from my server for it, inluding a couple from my guild. despite what you may think its not hard to find the ir scopes and AS50s. i rently died with an AS50 and am now running through cherno and elecktro with an ak shooting anyone i see to relieve the loss. if you want to flame us go ahead but know that your argument is only based on duping, something everyone has done at some point, and nothing more. try to be a bit more constructive with your insults too.

    again duping is not allowed, however when it happens why should we leave the dupped items for people like yourself to try and use against us.
