    Suggestions: Rare Items, Customisation and an Immersive HUD.

    That's my point, what those who haven't been playing for long tend to think that the items they haven't found are rare when those who play enough or farm have tents full of those so called "rare" items... I've looted a tent with 32 ghillie suits in and 10 NVG's in, another near it had 3 M107's and everything you'd need to fix up any vehicle you found in abundance. I want those basic weapons to be the abundance that people have so it's hard to find but your whole group may eventually end up with Makarov's and Revolvers... Eventually maybe getting one or two AK's/M4's... I want it to be a struggle to become fully equipped because that's when you begin to get bored and nothing is really a struggle unless you're attempting to involve yourself in PvP.

    Decrease of view distance by choice

    I didn't know it was capped at 1500, me and my friend play together and I generally see things from a further distance than he can even though he's the "map" guy and leads us... +1 for the choice, even though I already thought we had it.

I assume your part 1 would take effect here and if your "stealth" was 100% a full coyote pack wouldn't hinder you... this would be more for those still advancing? [4] I honestly don't know... My opinion is it'd be good but as with most of your idea's I don't know what they'd be like and I wouldn't want them in Arma 2 but in a stand-alone version and even then I'd prefer it to be tested and judged there rather than insta-perma-feature. Anyhow, looking forward to more of your suggestions.

For the actual idea... [1.1] I love it, the stealth part is the only exception... I do think the difference between 0 and 100% should be minimal but I don't think it should take a long time, it should be relatively quick... [1.2] Don't overly like the idea but fine with it being experimented with if the stand-alone project goes the way of minecraft with constant updates. (Which I think it will)

    +1 for slow regeneration. I think there should be a new damage system implemented altogether though as "blood" doesn't suffice. Hopefully in Arma 3 or a stand-alone project they'll explore that.

    This, as well as those that modify the timezone will generally include something a long the lines of (GMT -5) in the server name. Oh and learn to play at night rather than day all the time. It'll help.

    Yes, it promotes in game voice chat, and currently we have telepathic survivors thinking to one another whilst surrounding players that are oblivious... Kind of unfair. I said yes but less range, and obviously frequencies couldn't be completely secure.

    You shouldn't be able to get blood back from food, also pointless idea because your premise is that you shouldn't lose that much blood in one zombie encounter, I say you should die if a zombie has hit you and knocked you out.

    +1, I guess... Why not just be a bit more considerate about it? Arma 2 was released in 2009, it'd be surprising if it had completely up to date graphical fidelity...

    "WHAT will spawn in it's place now? nothing?" Yes. Nothing will spawn where that weapon used to spawn, that was my point... I can't remember what else you've suggested so I guess this would be the best one, memorable atleast.

    +1, but we need more skins so I don't think it should be implemented until some customisation exists.

    +1 Does it matter how often you find them? A feature of a game doesn't have to be implemented because it's common, quite the contrary to be honest.

    +1 for convoys, -1 for AI. If you want convoys, join an organized server that has a group powerful enough to have a convoy. Then take it out. Like when you raid a camp site but you know... with more fighting and explosions.

    Why is there still a "bandits killed" section in the HUD? Also the humanity system must be in place because the heart beat thing has been tried out... I think bandits exist, just not the forced skins which I'm fine with.

    I stick to my point that I don't think we need them but as I said, willing to give them a try which is more than I can say for a lot of suggestions... I really like the holster idea that was recently put forward too. Anyhow, you said there were two ways to decrease drop rates but I think you're wrong... you don't need to have a certain amount of items to make up a "loot pile" You realise a loot pile could just be taken from the game or reduce the chances that say, any guns will spawn in a church this wouldn't effect the fact ammo, food and drinks do spawn in the church and they'd still have the same spawn rate. I'm not arguing against new items but I think using that as an excuse to add more items is strange.

    I didn't like the idea of underground bases before rocket said it, and I still don't. I just hope they don't fuck the mod up for a long while.

    [Minor] - HUD rework

    I personally think no HUD at all would be better, but I think it should be a choice for server hosts... I have suggested an immersive HUD similar to Disturbd's post. I think the things represented in the HUD should be placed in the journal, giving it an actual use and would stop players from complaining about the lack of a HUD.

    Zombies ain't doing shit + no loot

    I had a similar experience, much less loot spawning... Needless to say I hope it's intentional and permanent. The zombies have been the same though, maybe a little lenient on sound barely hearing my crouch run when I'm pretty close but other than that they seem the same.
  24. In all honesty, I don't see that as a point because... who cares? I'm fine with bandits, it's a smart choice to save ammo for people and steal their potential ammo. Less munitions just makes sense since the zombie apocalypse is in full swing and has obviously been around for a while before you magically arrive on the beach.
