I believe they will put the ability to rip shirts into rags back in; the perk to using a knife later on to rip shirts into rags is you get more rags.

How about you F11 every time you do that to compensate for your heinous crime?

Good to finally hear that. Already have a well established 2 barrel stash with clothes, materials to make backpacks, as well as a ton of ammo for a bunch of pistols to start off with when starting fresh. My second tent and barrel stash, again - only two loot containers, will have more of the same. So nice to finally be able to do these things for myself as well as my friends. Anyway, I will be on my way, thanks again!

The problem is persistence? The devs have stated DO NOT CREATE LARGE LOOT STASHES in one area. The PROBLEM is large camps and large loot stashes more than 2 containers in a small area (I'd say a minimum of 600 meters. I wouldn't even take a chance at "spacing them out" even in a small area. I'd put 2 down, and find another spot to create another loot camp. Will the devs fix it? Maybe. Hopefully. Sitting there calling persistence the problem? Hell no. Persistence is awesome. The only thing that I would say that would affect my feelings is if Weekly maintenance persistence wipes the servers. That would make creating loot stashes practically useless. Anyway.

So, title of this thread is pretty self explanatory. Will weekly maintenance screw up our camps and our loot stashes? Definitely am pretty proud of my barrel stash, wouldn't want it to go to waste, especially since I completed it tonight and I am already in the process of creating my second one. If the server is persistence wiped every time there is maintenance every Wednesday, having loot stashes won't be worth it IMO. Anyway.
