Zombies dont spawn aswell ... this is to prevent the server from an overload .. if someone would drive around the whole map zombies would be everywhere and no player around ... i guess no loot spawning is to prevent groups from driving to the front door of a building ... hopping in and loot ... so its a good thing ... you can park your car within 40-50 m and loot will spawn + zombies as you approach the building ... its easier if you are at least 2 ... one can hop out of the car from further away and let the loot spawn and the other one can drive next to it ...
