Good day everyone. I have some suggestions about balancing snipers and fixing the atmosphere (maybe I'm wrong with this meaning) of the world of dayz. At first in my opinion we don't need such rifles as as50 and m107 and now I'll try to explain why. At first these sniper rifles create safe zones for snipers who use them and ruin all challange for surviving, cause it make snipers like some random people who don't take part in surviving the apocalypse but killing other people from safe distance or smthng like that. I have lots of guns - as50, L85, m4 sd, FN FAL and other standard guns like akms etc. and I don't really have fun with them. I remember when I had winchester and every raid to the city was full of adrenaline and challenge, every skirmish was small war with myself trying to survive. Surviving was the first target and what do we have now? Everyone have superguns, all they want - PK. All they do not want - to die. Are they in danger? Nope. And it isn't realistic. So I think all sniper rifles we need is cz550 (cause it really fits in environment) and it would be nice to add VSS Vintorez. It will make sniping tougher and make it more dangerous (except vintorez, but u can't shoot with it from such distance as u can with as50 and m24 for example). I suggest to make ammo hard to find so snipers will think before shoot on people who don't make any danger for them. I would be really happy if makarov with two magazines make people really happy :D It will add challenge, it will remove safe zones. It will create PVP I think. Maybe shoot on sight won't be such often (I don't know do I really believe in this? ) :) So it will reduce range of firefight and make people more care of themselves, ammo and everything they have. Maybe my ideas make game boring, but u can fix it by suggestions or anything else. And it would be nice to add in dayz car with machinegun (UAZ for example, it won't ruin balance).
