It said in big letters when you go to download it "DOWNLOAD DAYZ (ALPHA TEST)". Not really in the fine print, in fact, it's pretty evident from everywhere that it's in alpha.

Glad leg breaking is getting looked at. Hopefully there'll be a fix for the killer trees at some point. I was standing near a tree and my character glitched out, appeared inside the tree and then had his legs broken.

What refund? The mod is free.
