I rarely find high end rifles in the deerstands. Maybe a AK74/AKM once in awhile but not much ammo to begin with. I dont see where you are getting your numbers that these deer stands spawn good guns every time. I usually find ammo and other misc loot in the stands. It amazes me this topic is still going on. It amazes me you still think these are good ideas. Have you played Arma II? Do you know there is a wave function already? As well as other hand signals. Maybe you should do some research and learning before you try to dumb down the game because "snipers are op". They are not, i deal with them constantly as players have dealt with me constantly. Some kill me, some die, some get away. That is the nature of the game . Also there is no more infinate ammo. Read the patch notes he fixed the issue of ammo refilling when you disconnect. Adapt or Die. Majority of people know how to deal with snipers. Why should the devs make it easier for you.

You should learn how to become a good sniper. That way you would know where to look.

If you knew anything about this game. His image is for the players to dictate how the game is played. LIKE EVERY OTHER SANDBOX. You should go read up on EvE Online. THat would give you a better idea how sandboxed work, in that game its mostly controlled by its players.

I like to snipe. The people who I dont manage to kill with 1 hit tend to run. The people who I kill with two hits...go prone.

If you take away any more realism in this game...so help it. If you like MineZ so much then why arent you playing it instead of tooting this horn on the forums. If these things were added to this game I probably wouldn't like it as much. The unknowning is the best feature in this game.

I thought people knew the fix to this problem by now. Don't use Steam to launch DayZ. You must use Six Launcher or you will be invisible. This is crazy talk. Don't listen to this guy. The bug is from not having your game installed correctly. I've had several friends switch to the DayZ version launched via Steam to be invisible. I could even make a video showing how launching through Steam makes you invisible and how everything's fine when launched through Six Launcher. I have always launched through steam. Never was invis.

My first time coming across these guys. I was overlooking Krasnostav and heard a 1911. I Looked at the super market and saw zeds so I knew where they were. I waited a good few mins before someone finally came out the front door of the market. I fired and missed slightly left. They logged. I dont have any proof on my end it was really them but the facts are the same. There was 8 people in the server. Three being regulars, the three of them, and two randoms. As soon as I lost sight I looked at the player list and all three of them were in lobby. Rest were still in game. Admin pulled the logs for me:10:31:05 Player -[N2R]-SnipesMgee disconnected. 10:31:55 Player -[N2R]-Ziel disconnected. 10:31:57 Player -[N2R]-TrojanMAN disconnected. I really doubt someone would server hop in front of the super market but who knows. The people in mumble with me can all vouch as I gave a some commentary on what was going on. Also I am a huge advocate in these forums for proper reporting. I am not saying BAN these guys off your servers. Just a friendly heads up.

+1 for finding this. I could of aborted today after hearing gun shots by the stary tents. Peaking my interest a guy unloads a m16 clip in my direction he broke my legs but my blood was good. I instead stood up and emptied my own clip into him. Headshot. +1 Kill

I love this admin. "sent it to dayz staff" How do we know you did this. Be a man. Not a child. Post the damn logs because at this point it does look like a shitty server to play on.

The day started out with me at the NW airfield with a few buddies. All of a sudden one of our guys says he hears a loud truck. We look around and driving outside the airfield is a big beautiful Ural. I took out my as50 and let it rip. The truck starts taking off trying to use as much of the terrain for cover when it stops. One of my as50s hit the driver. I send 3 more rounds into the truck and fail to disable it. It ducks behind the barn outside vybor and takes off. I was really upset we let this get away. About an hour after the incident a friend tells me he was killed in Vybor by the same people. This frustrated me more because he is still kinda new and the fact is we let them get away. Therefore he probably wouldn't of died but hey more experience for him. Fast forward a four hour break. IT IS PITCH BLACK DARK!(thank god for my NVGs)I logged out around Lake Prud after cooking some meat and filling my water bottles. I hear this rumbling near the road so I sprint to the tree line. I see the same Ural coming up from between Novy and Stary. I think to myself what are the odds! I crawled as close as I could get to the road without losing too much cover. It draws closer to going fairly slow. My heart about to burst through my chest. I take a deep breathe and go to a crouching position. I let my first clip rip through the cabin of the truck, I now switched to the M16A3 CCO, and kill the driver. I take cover as I reload. I hear the truck Moving again and so I give chase while sending more bullets into the cabin. Truck stops dead. I have two confirmed kills. Seeing one caring a clan tag I look for the guy in lobby. Still in Game. I make my way to the truck but no one is sitting it it. I go back up to the first driver I killed and next to him is the third body. Guess he panic and tried to jump out but only to meet his death or alt+f4 and came back to bleed out. Regardless I tally him down as a kill. Took me awhile to calm down after this. The loot wasn't anything special. A lot of standard weapons you get from the AF and Stary tents. A few heli crash loot but nothing rare like NVGs but I already had a pair so no biggie. The extra med supplies/food were a plus but the real prize was this story.

With admins either reporting/defending bans that they must provide logs? seems like common sense no?

So I've played arma 2 before but this is kinda off for me. Sometimes in servers i will see something like [bLUFOR] XXXXXXXX: ANYONE IN CHERNO!? how is this possible when I go through my chat channels and only see. Group Vehicle Direct just very curious.

WTF is this shady shit.

What a douche, I really hope this server gets blacklisted asap.
