So you just want to change the restart time then. This is a private server I take it?

Yeah I had something similar a while back, NWAF, only three cows but boy did they freak me out, was dying of hunger at the time but was so unexpected I didn't think to shoot them, just watched them run off into the distance! Lol

Are you on about restart times? Or having your server start at a specific time like each day or something like that?

Persistence is great, and the the new vehicle shizz too, all very interesting if you ask me, oh and having batteries back also, I have never used a radio etc but again, is fun! -

So sorry for those that lost their character tonight, there was an issue with the timing and as such we had to move to a new IP, everything is now sorted and I hope to see you in-game! :) -
Hey guys, my private server is around 25 minutes out from normal time, I have contacted my host but they are not sure what it is "Maybe just a DayZ thing" is the response, just wondered if anyone else is having this issue? Or knows how to fix it? Thanks **UPDATE** I have moved IP to see if that helps, but they think it may have been the "Persistence Time" option being on, which saves time to storage, does anyone know what that means?

Had to be moved to a new IP so this is now fixed, please close :) -
I left a note for someone who had stash loads in a V3S...without moving it from the spawn first, just a shame I wasn't there to see the reaction lol

I have had this happen a couple of times man, and it's down to connection I believe, if your ping is high and your internet connection is spiking then you will lose the session.

Wish I had read this like 10 minutes ago, was sure that error message was my crappy computer, so reinstalling lol.

If you ask the admin of the private server nicely he can make it so you never have to wait :)

Public is exactly that...public, no restrictions permitted.

I have only started since 0.58 as was public before. Restart cycle is completely down to us now, we write how often etc in a command, accelerated time is a simple drop down menu x1, x2 etc. Persistence we can switch on or off and wipe as required I believe. The BEC messages are still 0.57 saying 4 hour restarts etc, but we can change them now I think. I really need to check out the new rules before I change anything lol

Hive is up and running, 12 hour restarts are at 12:00 and 00:00, in-game competitions are running, few new players tonight but looking for more! -

I was just wondering, when the servers are wiped, does that erase our soft-skills stats? They have been implemented but we can't view them right?
