    Got it. Had to uninstall steam (including cfg files in documents) & load & uninstall DayZ twice = wha-la; servers/lists are back up and fully functional.

    I have reset the filter several times, I have reloaded the game twice, I have reset windsock, I have used microsoft's FIXME ( it said the issue was resolved ), and I've tried the latest fix vids on you tube. Everything works like always, except I have no server lists at all. Thanks,
