+1 to all this, tried it all myself multiple times. I even emailed a server admin to get the ARAM II and Dayz versions so I knew it was correct, installed game fresh (even made sure there was no left over files/folders in the STEAM folder), installed the exact versions I was told and I got a "Sorry something went wrong" message and straight after I got another message telling me I have the wrong version of the game. Uh no I don't I made sure of it. The mod is offically screwed for some people, I hope the standalone will never have these problems.

Don't worry mate, I haven't been able to play in 2 days because of the same problem, I can not connected to a single server. I've redownloaded ARAM II CO 4 times already, trying different patches and Dayz versions. I updated Battleye as well, I've run out of ideas, this all started for me when Dayz showed up on steam. Every time I get: "Something went wrong, Disconnect and try again" or telling me I have the wrong version to the server which CLEARLY I don't.. I bought the damn game just to play this mod and now I can't play at all

I'm having the exact same problem. Not matter what version I use, even a CLEAN install of ARMA II CO, then use Dayz commander or Play with six same problem. Ever since Dayz showed up on STEAM I can't play!!!
