Yeah has the option of a 2nd hard drive so I can keep the 1st one the standard hybrid (keeping costs down) and put in a SSD in 2nd. Hopefully that'll work! Not looking forward to the having to fiddle with settings, hopefully as i'm not a massive gaming guy I can just turn down most of the graphics and slowly turn them up as I play..
Aha, so it comes with: Built in 10/100/1000Mb Base-TX Ethernet LAN I have fibre optic (averages 40mbs) and naturally would use ethernet to play.. Would that be enough with the above spec?
Hi all, I do see a bit of a debate about laptops... But that's all I can afford as I need one for my travels and to be honest... I dont even have a desk for a pc! Here is the spec; Desktop or laptop? Laptop - Chillblast Stingray 15.6"Monitor resolution: 1920x1080CPU: Quad Core i7 4720HQ - 2.6ghz-3.6ghzGraphics card: NVIDIA® Geforce GTX 970M - 3GB GDDR5 Video RAMRAM:* 8GB (Option to upgrade to 16GB which I can do at a stretch)SSD? (Yes/No) - Hybrid, 500GB Seagate Momentus XT Hybrid SSD/HDD Any help to the above is appreciated! I'm only interested in playing DayZ if it won't work then I will just get a macbook instead and not play anything.
