most older houses were built to be as self sufficient as possible, most had root cellars and wood fireplaces/stoves as gas and electricity may have been too expensive or not available...now a days however most homes are heated by gas and electricity and the wood fireplace is left out, so if this is an older eastern european town chances are most of the houses would have a fireplace or wood stove to heat the home

in all honesty you should be required to boil the water to make it safe to drink, or risk getting sick

the spawn should be kept in the game as an incentive against dying eg: "Pleaaase god don't let me die, i might spawn somewhere horrible and have to run a long ways!" be thankful you spawn on the coast and not way up north in the trees

Alot of people seem to be complaining about broken bones, I played last night and did not receive one broken bone. Perhaps instead of morphine players should have helmets for these daredevils? :)
