    The Kashtan scope is side-mounted and the 47u doesn't have the railings/brackets that other AK's have. Best of luck to your nephew. Oh, and it's Finnish Defence Forces, big difference :P

    My guess is it doesn't fit. What bothers me with the Kashtan is that they didn't make it tritium illuminated like it really is:http://russianoptics.net/1P78Kashtan.html

    If seeing your character really is that much of an issue why not implement 3rd person camera that activates when you are idle for some time.
