Thanks for such explaining is great detail... I download the files then what? I just put them in a random location in my @Dayz folder? The reason I love six launcher is I don't specifically have to understand what I am doing and it works. I've been an advent PC gamer most of my life, but I simply like to know, "where the fuck and I putting these files specifically and why/where/how/etc..."
I don't think either one should be forced onto any servers. Why not allow the person that hosts the server to pick what is displayed and what difficulty level?
Just happened to me like 10 minutes ago. I hide in a house after I aggro'd a zombie. Then they proceeded to glitch through the walls into the house and kill me. I thought this issue was resolved, but I haven't played in a week or two. Some of the other bugs don't bother me as much, but this one really screws with the gameplay.
If you would be so kind as to really focus on zombies attacking/glitching through walls in this update it would be greatly appreciated. I haven't played in the last week or so after the chaos of 1.7.1. I thought this issue was resolved then, but I just met my demise because of it in the house by the barn south of Novy Sobor with the water pump. I aggro'd a zombie and went into the house. 6 preceded to glitch through the walls into the house and kill me. Fighting off zombies is one thing, but when they move through impassable objects is another.
I'm having issues of a different variety. I can't install the new update because http://www.armafiles.info/dayz/ all of the links give my a 500 Internal Server error.
