What a good deal! Yes. -
1. Find a place, hidden and hardly accessible by most players. Camp it with tents, cars and such. Logoff somewhere near - it is done. 2. If you get into PvP and, in some case, PvE - you will see yellow symbol at right side of the screen. While it lasts (about 5min) if you reconnect, your character will fall uncon.

Pick up what you can right now. I have never seen this two guns in same place at the same time. If it Lee, just be aware of helluva loud shots.

No changes, but sound when prone. It always 1 bar, except when yoy shift+prone, there is none. But you cannot do that with side arm weapon in hands. Or reduce noise when prone, or make it possible to be silent with pistol as much as the rifle.

Been hit by infected trough wall, knocked out with first punch. After getting up and bleeding, he broke my bones with some special extra attack, and I passed out again till death. Died with MP5SD and 2 full mags, what a shame.

For bicycle air braking, I think. While hop with mines in your backpack. True hardcore.

Plenty of garbage in general stores I found out! What is it, a junkyard :? There is so much epmty whiskey bottles that it MUST be dead drunk body nearby! DB Shotgun ammo is everywhere. In toilets, in residential houses, in barns, in zs' pockets, in players pockets, in bandits pockets, and after that even in my own pockets. Now why the hell this DB Shotgun cannot be loaded from 8 rounds pack if it same ammo type anyway? Crossbow has been met 9 times in 1 city and 3 villages. Gun itself now more common, than PM, and there is more crossbows than steel bolts for them. Funny as hell, but now we can turn 6 rounds .45 ACP from revolver to 7 round-mag .45 ACP for M1911, THAT'S AWESOME MAGIC :D! Revolver is useless now since M1911 is same power and more bagpack place/ammo friendly, also fire speed. Zombies spawn rate seems too fast, they literally POPUP in front of players eyes. I think it related to dead zs despawns or manual "hide body" option, ignoring spawn timer. But it works, and I have good time playing. New beta patch terrible wasted FPS at "8" AA, dunno why. Not DayZ issue.

Yes they can. I found one, and then kill 2 bandits in row! Have everything I need from them, and my Mountain Dew still with me.

Fps drops may be addressed to latest beta patch, seems it touched video settings somehow. Because when I look in different ways, FPS meter changes noticeable. Random vision jumps, seems it changes when zs LOS vector is pointing to player, even inside a building like church, with closed doors.

Everything looks fine except there is still random fps drop from 60 to 15-20. It keeps about 5-15 seconds, reverts back to 60 and some time (10-60sec) later repeats. Not sure what causing it, there is about 20 zombies around and they aggroing normal. Almost made it: stealth sneak to Z and kill it with hatchet. But at 2 meters without any sound bars he has turned to me and knocked me out :D seems legit.

Rocket, will it be hard to make knife melee weapon too after this changes with flashlight and hatchet?

@dayzdevteam Important: Tents will be wiped when update 1.7.1.5 is released within next 6-24 hours. Pack your tent and collect items. Sorry about this Should be in first message.

Maybe need atention :? Was kicked in 1.7.1.2 inside a house. Logged in at 1.7.1.4 same place. Only PM with 3 mags and 3 more nearby in loot pile. I simply sitting still and talking with friend in ICQ (playin game in windowed mode). Zs SEE ME INSIDE THE BUILDING and there is massive atack begins! Wasted 5 mags in headshot mode before I can finally crawl out of there. One of zs walked to me under floor and hit me twice, so they still walking trough walls. -

It was funny joke at first page, after that it's not, dude. But there is a line of truth in that - make everything more hardcore will change the game. From "zombie survival simulator" to "respawn simulator 2012". -
Change the sight meter back to the way it was!

New detection is far more better than it was - makes challenge! But there is obvious problem with LOS - why zombie can see at 500m and far with his head spinning from sky to ground? I mean, hoppers. And more creepy is crawlers - they see you FROM TALL GRASS, even player with max view distance, RMB pressed or binoculars cannot do such thing. Maybe this type of ultra-hardcore detection must be left unchanged on "military" zombies. Civilians should be more stupid and less aware of survivors. And they running even faster? WTF, all Cherno is infected olimpian runners?
