Man i'm going insane.... Any news at all of standalone release? Feels like he's completely stopped working on it!

I noticed one of the questions that were asked to RockeT was “will the standalone have a new name other than Dayz standalone”? I'l put your mind at ease mate! RockeT has stated that he'll have no pre-orders for the game nothing.... When its ready it will be out! He's going away for like 2 months from December so is pushing hard for it to be released prior to that! I feel the same as you mate, my clan have been playing alot of the new maps nad had some amazing nights! Cant wait for SA!!!

Well in that case why have a night time in at all.... Are you just retarded or something?

Try reading what i said again... Speed up the in game time i.e 24hours = 5hours in game 24/7 day light servers are imo doing what they have to do to keep full... At the end of the day when it gets dark the server just instantly dies as people jump to day servers, you tell me where the logic in that is!

I've had a look round, cant see any answer from the DEv's about what their going to do about tent duping? any1 got a link? for me if the duping is still in the standalone i wont bother buying it. I could actually deal with hacking more than duping, i play the game to try and get the best gear. Only to find some 1 has the crap out of it!

Is it that line which runs around the edge of the map, if you put tents and stuff beyond that it gets deleted next restart yes? Its impossible to hide anything inside the map… They should give us Camo nets or something to better hide things.

YEah so we found a chopper, got it all to green filled it with like 20 jerry can's, fuel got less than a quarter up.... then the fuel slowly drained? Bug?

And is now dicked….. Note to any1 else, Don’t fly over Balota, Artifacting to hell and ended up dicking the chopper…. R.I.P friend, was good while it lasted :(

Nope all fixed.... its need to be repaired to 95% and above.... HELLO !!!

So we decided to move two cars to a new site location. As we got to our new site we put down a tent and saved everything, We did a restart as it needed to be done. The cars were there great. However an hour later we logged back on .... We then found all our cars and tents had just gone. Its highly unlikely some1 would have stolen them as it was still dark? Could this be a HIVE issue or will it right it self... Cant tell you how gutted i am!! happened
