Yes, but, several problems arise with this. 1. What happens if your friends simply take the loot off your body? Then the loot is not assigned to the body. Then you can come back and pick it up off the ground. 2.I dont know how to make it "attached" to a players body? All loot in the game is moveable, and not specifically bound to a character, and personally, I think it should stay that way. Besides, im sure the devs have a plan in mind to prevent characters from returning to their corpse. Something to do with the spawn system? 3. Either way, there is a way around this. Tell your friends to take the loot onto their own characters, and they can find you again. Then they give you the loot. Its unfeasible to have a character be TOTALLY limited to never having their own loot again. If thats the case, what happens if loot keeps getting traded between different players? Eventually (awhile down the road yes), but no one would be able to have access to the loot.

Teddy bears dont add much to the game either, yet they are still in :P

This would obviously be a late game mechanic, but something that could be done for those groups of people who want to have a late game base feature. I can get behind it.

I agree with these things. However, this does add one more step to the uniqueness of the character. People are looking for ways to make their character have a story. Thats what dayz is about. Player interaction, and building their own unique characters story. If you took a characters "ear" for example, might showcase people that this guy isn't someone to be fucked with. Or it could attract like minded people. Or take it a step further, taking animal skins. Yes, we already have leather capability. I know this is taking it a bit far, but, adding to a base for example, a deers head on a wall. Bear fur. You name it. All in the progession of customization.

This seems to be more of a opinion question. Honestly, once they have the BIG projects out of the way (like the new renderer and such), I feel like they can devote more of their time onto the other features of the game. Remember, they are implimenting a NEW engine, and building a game from scratch. We've just gotta give them time. Personally, I dont think beta will be done by the new year. Maybe some time after it, yah, but not new years. But thats just my humble opinion :)

If the devs crank up the rendering distance for grass, BOOM. You have workable ghille. As for the discussion if its worthwhile or not....there is alot of shit in the game thats not worthwhile. If you WANT REALISM, ITS A APOCALYPSE. There is going to be useless shit scattered everywhere in a situation like that. If you dont like it/want it, move your ass along.

Well.....me and my friends got into a firefight with about 20 different people that night (I shit you not)......but im fairly sure it degraded quickly.

UMP's and AUG's have a quick degradation rate, Ive had to repair my UMP twice in a private server using the kit.

Morphine spawns in the "mini" hospitals, and in the normal ones in large city's (mostly.) And yes, it should fix it. Using a splint works as well. And finally, yes, it will go away while your healing , just takes awhile :)

If your dropping 2k cash on a computer, you'll have Dayz running as best as you can until its optimized.

So ive updated my drivers, they are all good now. Ive cleaned out the computer with a spray can (which was safe for it). The hardware is pretty new, in other words, I got this computer around christmas time last year. And...im still having problems :(

This is MOSTLY occurring while playing MGS5 The Phantom Pain, however it does happen on occasion while playing other games. The game seems to freeze about 10-30 minutes into the play time every time, and its getting extremely difficult to play, I have to do a hard reset every time it freezes. It leaves me unable to play. I cannot alt tab out, close the program, nothing, it requires a hard reset every time. Would anyone know what is going on, and what they can do to help? Its starting to impair my gaming.

AKM isnt good for anything longer than close range atm due to the fact that the AKM's recoil is BEYOND belief bad. More than 2 shots send you completely off target. Meanwhile, the blaze, usually, if you hit the first round, you wont have to hit another. Upper body and up that is.

Your character doesn't necessarily get "wiped" I had this bug occur to me today (was NOT PLEASED.). Thankfully I had a buddy RIGHT beside me. Only reason I "logged" out was because my internet lagged out, however, the game thought that I "logged" out. In the end, my character died. Just dropped dead on the spot. My friend was there to grab my loot till I got back to him, but its not necessarily a wipe. Its more like.....a death bug.
