    I played with Cholera for hours yesterday and haven't had any medical supplies cure it(chartabs, anitbiotics, vitamins, painkillers). It also doesn't seem like you can just ride through it as I play for hours and never lost it. I've probably thrown up 50+ times by now because you lose hydration faster than getting stuffed. I plan on making a trip to the coast and dumping my gear and suiciding. Never would of had the damn disease either if I didn't get bugged and log in dying of starvation and dehydration, that one sip of pond water was my downfall!
