I'm getting really frustrated at this point. A few months ago DayZ would crash but it would be every hour or even couple hours, and no matter what settings I switched up it would not stop crashing. So I just lived with it and played anyways. Now I can't play DayZ without it crashing every 5-20 minutes and its terrible. I've tried reinstalling the game, putting all settings on the very lowest etc. I get absolutely no fps issues or anything. So any suggestions would be lovely.

As the title says, my DayZ crashes and doesn't say anything. The game just dissapears and I just have to restart it, i get no message or anything. I have tried changing settings around etc. While in game I get no fps issues or anything of that sort. I'm on vista if that makes a difference. It gets really irritating though, if I'm doing anything important my body just gets left there for a while or if I'm driving and it crashes I die.

It's random, sometimes I can play for 5 minutes or sometimes hours. It happens at the start menu as well. Very annoying
