I'm sure im not the only one out there who makes DayZ YouTube videos. If I am then I apologise. The reason I made this post was that I'm wondering if there is a way to record "cinematics" in DayZ or even just in ArmA 2 on the chernarus map. I would prefer in DayZ as I could get some cool shots of zombies. What I'm basically looking for is if there is a way to use a sort of "free-camera" mode in the game that lets me move around and capture footage without any on-screen obstructions.

Servers with side chat enabled (if there still are any) is a much better way of finding friendly players. It's very easy for 2 people to spot each other at 50m+ and if they do... without anyway to talk to each other most just shoot. Its either me or you right ?

Realistic rare encounters would be nice. Like maybe a crashed medic truck on a road in the middle of the map. That would be a nice encounter to be able to get meds outside of the hospitals. I'm not really up for the whole "Super Zombie" rare encounter kinda thing.... but some more encounters like the crashed heli would fit in nicely.

Very well written.. I do like the idea but not to the extent you would. Something similar would be nice but I wouldnt like it to be such a huge factor to the game.

Something similar like this happened me when I found camo clothing in elektro. Every time I would connect to a server my guy would pass out. Not just a regular one either, this would have me passed out for like 5 straight minutes.

Could the lower damages of weapons now lead to better chance of cooperation?

Maybe for players just recently spawned it might make a difference. For two guys in the NWAF staring each other down, all I have to do is press F make sure im on Full-auto and it doesnt make a difference to me :P -
Even if you spawn in Kamenka, within an hour and half I'm fully geared up and ready to head north, providing the spawns havnt been looted already.

Your view used to be exactly the same as mine when I started out, now, alone im an out and out bandit... but when playing with my friends we are nice people to come by.
