hi everyone nvidia geforce gtx 750 ti amd 8 core 32GB RAm having trouble with my fps, watched various guides on the optimal settings but my fps still is only 25 at most any help?

Every time i try to launch DayZ i get a box come up saying '' windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item''. i have deleted dayz and installed again it twice and verified the files and it says nothing is wrong. i have no idea what to do?????
