I want to talk to you. Specifically, keep telling your team: keep up the amazing work!!! The patience you all have when it comes to chiseling away at this monumental design challenge is awe inspiring. A few more hurdles, and this is going to be one of the most significant advancements in multiplayer game engine design this decade. Also thanks for the lengthy preview, I could watch zombies filter into the streets at you guys all day.

A suppressed glock sounds similar to a .22 (unless its using supersonic rounds) so I'd imagine you'd still attract a good amount. zombies also seem to be spawning in cities at gunshots in recent myths, so there's that.
-
Demands implementation of player controller, which is probably a few months out.
-
The main problem I have with this update: it just makes me want more!! I absolutely can not wait for zombie spawns and bicycles. I see this game going into an amazing year. Pro-tip: New item cycling is fast and frequent, and not proximity based. I've caught evidence of actively spawned items on video, it can happen a meter away, so check the police station first and then last when you loot medium sized towns!

I wish there was simply a way to turn off bullet damage for the exp branch. I'm so sick of building vehicles to test updates only to be shot by some deranged kid who clearly doesn't understand the spirit of experimental. Didn't get my bus this time, no, no I drove it into the sea rather than give them the satisfaction...

Flash-bangs seem to be functioning now, don't know if it's been mentioned. Went to a cop shop today, found a loose door I assumed was left by a player forcing his way in. I re-shut it, but soon after a zombie got in leaving the door jarred behind it. If that's not a glitch, it's super exciting.

At this point i'd gladly pay for a screened server, stil hoping the stable release has slightly better security.

I wouldn't tweak these loot numbers again until stamina gets in. Very playable right now and not too over powered.

Ohhhh, I missed that the new thing in today's image is the stash texture on the ground! That looks like a perfect balance of size and definition for underground time capsules. It will be a hard spot but not impossible.

Hey should we be looking for particular gameplay stability fixes? Dropping items without disappearance (including when it gets tossed outside) I have noticed. If I am understanding, the current drop system is going to be replaced when the new physics system and player controller are viable. On that note, I have noticed no improvement with floor sinking item loss after throwing items. Nice the flares provide a visual example as their light fades as they plummet down the z axis. [edit: or are these the same or related. When an item is placed, it is fixed as a non-physics object, but where it "lands" is calculated better than when an object in motion collides with the same surface.] (2nd edit. I love playing around in low pop servers right now. Smooth throwing and zombies, and chance to test out this update. specifically that BOUNCE. And waterproof bags are weebls)

Uhm, yeah The Z, like, yeah, like totaly stands for zero?! Like duh; read status report 67 it clearly states.... And Im pretty sure the zeds were like, just a glitch while they got the new renderer ready they weren't even meant to be in the game. Nah I'm kidding I love you, AI is incredibly hard to peg down on a map of this size. I'm fairly certain that if the devs manage it, it'll be a first. Patience.

Still, this stable has been relatively stable! Can't wait to see what they have cooking next to build on this streak. Zeds and trap/base persistence, that's all they to get numbers back up to 45,000 a day.

Thank you for your contributions to the DayZ player community, your realm shall be missed. Also what a pal to let everyone know, props to you.

It's probably just certain items (appears to be clothing) and others if you'll notice, have varied timers when interacted with. Try not to touch it and see if it ever gets cleaned. It's like; without zombies, what else do we have to occupy our time other than PvP and farming a million pumpkins? Build a base out of barrels and tents, and make an isolation pen for subject ruined jacket zero. The greatest experiment.

Seriously i'd pay monthly if there was logout vulnerability... Its an MMO paradigm
