Friend of mine had the same thing when he tried scouting with binoculars. Shaking uncontrollably with no cold indicator in inventory view. Pretty shure you got "the shakes". I do not know how it works or what the involved stats are. But do try sitting on a fire for a little bit and tell us what happened. -

Just build yourself a fire and warm up a bit. -
Did you play in 1st person perspective? Cause if so, here's two possible explanations: - you may have accidentially locked your character into leaning to one side by doubletapping Q or E. Until doubletapping again, you can only walk slowly. Without seeing your character this can easily cause some irritation at first. - Or what if someone else snuck up on you and restrained you, while you were fumbling with your inventory and controls? ;)
