    Yes, this. Some items like t-shirts and clothing composed of similar fabrics should be tearable by hand, and others should require a knife. But I agree, most bandages are made of wool, and I don't see why I couldn't cut up a checkered shirt or a wool coat to get rags. Beans for you.
